Use of this website or entering into a written or oral agreement for professional services with Max Q Productions LLC constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. These terms govern video production, media creation, post-production, and related deliverables described in your proposal, statement of work, or invoice.
Max Q Productions LLC plans production and post timelines in good faith based on the scope you approve. Weather, location access, talent availability, third-party platforms, and revision rounds can affect schedules. Specific delivery dates or performance metrics are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
Fees are set out in proposals, quotes, or invoices. Deposits or milestone payments may be required before production or release of final masters. Max Q Productions LLC may suspend work or withhold deliverables if amounts due are unpaid. Hard costs (location fees, licensed music, specialized rentals, etc.) are typically billed separately unless included in a fixed package.
Timely provision of briefs, logos, approvals, location access, releases, and brand assets is the client’s responsibility. Delays in feedback or missing materials may shift timelines and may incur additional costs if crew or facility time is affected.
Upon receipt of full payment for the applicable engagement (as specified in your agreement), Max Q Productions LLC grants the usage rights defined in that agreement for the delivered video and media. Max Q Productions LLC may retain raw footage and project files according to internal retention practices unless otherwise agreed. Max Q Productions LLC may showcase non-confidential work in portfolios or marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
Either party may terminate an engagement as provided in the governing contract or, where no special terms apply, upon reasonable written notice. The client remains responsible for work completed, costs incurred, and cancellation fees stated in the proposal. Max Q Productions LLC will cooperate on an orderly transition of files and obligations after outstanding balances are resolved.
